How far away is the beach?
8 Osprey is steps from the beach. There is a gorgeous unobstructed view of the beach from the house.
Is your house dog friendly?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your furry friend for a fee of $250 for the first dog and an additional fee of $175 for the second dog.
Can your pool be heated?
Yes, for an additional fee of $500 the pool can be heated.
Do you provide beach chairs?
Yes, there are at least 6 beach chairs in the carport. Please wash them off after use so they can remain in good shape for the next guest.
Do you provide dog crates?
Yes, I provide a large and small crate as well as a metal pen. The dog crates are located in the closet of the third BR on the main floor. Please crate your dog when you are not home as many dogs are anxious in a new environment and feel safe in a crate and they can get some much needed rest.
Do you provide beach towels?
Yes, there are fresh beach towels available at the house.
How far away is Coligny Plaza?
Coligny Plaza is about one mile away from the house. Coligny is an amazing place for shopping, dining and entertainment and is a quick walk or bike ride from the house.
When are dogs allowed on the beach?
Memorial Day through Labor Day - Dogs allowed before 10am and after 5pm
Other times - Dogs allowed anytime but must be leashed or under voice command
